Our VirginPeruvian® hair originates from San Juan Pampa of Peru and our suppliers have adopted a uniquely unhurried approach to selecting hair from single donors, which enables us to provide healthy and optimum quality hair to customers.
How much do I need for a full head
Our specialist team would highly recommend a minimum of 3 bundles of hair if hair lengths between 12” – 18” are purchased. For purchases that require lengths over 18” we would advise customers to purchase 4+ bundles for full volume. The longer the hair length the shorter the width of the track will be end to end. This means for maximum coverage, volume and fullness extra bundles will be required. It is always a safe measure to have a little extra in comparison to not having enough during your hair appointment.
How long does the hair last for
Our hair comes from small rural communities where a healthy diet is a common, nutrient and vitamins are high and low in salt, sugar, and processed animal fats amongst all our donors. With simple attention and care our hair can last well over year.

Delivery, Returns & Cancellations
Postage and Packaging (UK and International)
All orders made within the United Kingdom is free and usually takes between 3-7 days to be delivered.We also ship our products internationally, which is charged at £16.99 to over 250 different regions worldwide, which include North America, Europe and Africa. The delivery time is 10-15 working days days. We do not do next day delivery !!!
Important information: Please note – All orders made within the United Kingdom usually takes between 5-10 working days (excluding weekends) and International orders could take up to 12-17 work days to be delivered during the sales periods due to high demand (NO exceptions and NO fast tracking’s).

We are pleased to offer a strict exchange policy on products. Hair extensions are hygiene sensitive as a result refunds are not permitted, nevertheless we are more than happy to make exchanges on hair extensions that have not been opened, worn or tampered with.In order to make an exchange you must contact within 3 working days. All Bleuribbon hair extensions must be returned unopened in the original packaging otherwise an exchange will not be issued.
Customers are responsible for shipping cost and we recommend that you return the hair extensions with a tracking number, as we are not liable for lost returns. Once we have received the hair extension we will inspect it thoroughly to make sure the returns requirements are met so that the exchange process can commence.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you may cancel your order by contacting email@example.com, but this has to be done exactly 3hours after your order has been made. You will receive an email whether your request has been granted or not. If your order is already processing or has been shipped, we are no longer able to cancel it. If you do not contact us in time to cancel your order, you may still return & exchange your item/s once you receive it, as long as the Return & Exchange Policy has been followed.
